The Din Lligwy Hut Group, located on the outskirts of Moelfre Anglesey, is surely one of Britain's most impressive ancient monuments. I can only think that its isolated position on the islands north-east coast has protected the site for the last 1600 years or so. If you want to see an example of the type of settlement built by the native population of Anglesey during the latter part of the Roman occupation Britain you must visit Din Lligwy.
