The stonework on St Winifride's Well Chapel has been protected by lead flashings. The crocketed finials and battlements appear to have been replaced. The chapel demonstrates some of the features of the Perpendicular, or Perpendicular Gothic, style popular in the 15th Century, with crenellations, crocketed spires, or finials, and tall windows.
