Porth Meudwy is an inlet close to Aberdaron on the tip of the Lleyn Peninsula, North West Wales. Boat trips set out from Porth Meudwy to the Holy Island of Bardsey (Welsh - Ynys Enlli). Walkers on the Llyn Coastal Path might well see local fishermen launching their boats in the picturesque harbour. Crabs and lobsters caught off Llyn are exported to european countries. Indeed next time you are eating seafood in a Spanish restaurant they might well have been brought ashore in Porth Meudwy.
